We were all so impresed and challenged by Rod Ridnour at the weigh in on February 6, 2010. At the end of only one week Ron lost seven pounds. But he said more importantly his blood pressure dropped from 152 over 93 to 125 over 79. Ron said he takes five medications and just a week ago, I felt so bad I didn't care if I got up in the morning or not. Now just after one week on my new program I have a new oulook on life and I have lot's of energy. Ron is taking advantage of the Take Shape for Life program.

Hill Climb
