A Day Trip to Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum
The Captain Michael King Smith Educational Institute.
On Monday, May 19, 2008, we left Woodland for a day trip to The Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum near McMinnville, OR. This was one of the most enjoyable trips we have ever experienced. In addition to seeing the Spruce Goose and untold numbers of other aircraft, we watched the movie Sea Monsters in The Evergreen Imax Theatre. I was also fortunate enough to meet and have my picture taken with Delford Smith, founder of the Museum.
