![]() Woodland's "Make a Difference Day"Saturday, October 24, 2009
The largest group of volunteers ever, participated in Woodland's Make a Difference Day at 8:30 on Saturday, October 24, 2009. Everyone met at the high school commons for their assignments. The kids and leaders really worked hard. It was a perfectly sunny day. After their hard work Burgerville gave them all a free lunch. Thanks kids. Thanks Burgerville. Thanks adult team leaders. Woodland is much cleaner and prettier as a result. It was heart warming to hear perfect strangers show up and ask, "How can we help?"
