Leaders Without Borders
A remarkable thing happened here at Lower Columbia College Woodland Campus on October 28, 2004. Representatives from eleven foreign countries were given a tour of the Campus by Chere Weiss. Noel Johnson was invited to take pictures and address the group. He mentioned how his family home, back on the farm in Northern Wisconsin where he grew up, had no electricity, running water or indoor plumbing. This was a surprise to some of the participants.
