Lewis River Quilters

We are a small daytime contingent of Lewis River Quilters. Many of our Lewis River Quilters make donation projects. When we found out that Cowlitz Fire District 1 aide crews carry blankets we decided to donate three quilts. The department has had to purchase very non-descript blankets.

The fabric was donated by the Lewis river Quilters and Sheryl Woods past proprietor of It's Sew Time shop. It was stipulated that the fabric was to be used for donation projects. So this was a perfect fit.

Accepting the quilts for District 1 was Eino Suomi at Station number 2, 3143 Lewis River Road, Woodland, WA 98674 on May 7, 2009.

Our group consists of Martha Billups, Sandra Dickinson, Linda Goetz, Mary Jo Keller, and Bonnie Louks.
