Peak Season Parking Pass Application



In order to ensure the enjoyment of all recreation site guests,
PacifiCorp requires observance of the following:


  • The speed limit in all recreation areas is 10 miles per hour.
  • Use only designated roadways.
  • Parking is permitted only in designated areas.
  • The use of ORV's and snowmobiles are not allowed in recreation areas.
  • The use or possession of alcohol is not permitted in any PacifiCorp campground or day use area.
  • All applicable laws regarding public safety, illegal substance, sanitation, boating, and fires will be enforced.
  • All fires shall be confined to fireplaces installed by PacifiCorp or manufactured grills. Fireworks and other explosives are not permitted.
  • The discharge of firearms or other devices discharging projectiles within or near any recreation area is not permitted.
  • Damage to trees, vegetation or facility is not permitted. Wildlife is not to be disturbed. Not trees - alive or dead - shall be cut for firewood or any other purpose.
  • Operation of public address systems or other noise producing devices is not permitted. Similarly, loud music or any other noise that effects others within the campground or day use areas is not permitted.
  • Pets shall be under the owner's control and physically restrained by a leash no longer than 6 feet in length at all times. Pet owners shall put animal waste in plastic bags and either remove it from the premises or dispose of it in trash receptacles.
  • Commercial use of or offers of commercial services on or pertaining to recreation sites is not permitted without prior written permission of PacifiCorp. Commercial use includes vending merchandise, site rentals, equipment sales or rentals, advertising, providing services, etc.
  • Place bottles, cans, paper, garbage, or other rubbish or refuse in receptacles for that purpose.

Violators of policies are subject to removal and prosecution.
Policies are subject to change without notice.
PacifiCorp does not accept responsibility for the safety or
well-being of recreation area guests.
PacifiCorp Recreation Facilities are for use to all members of the public
without regard to race, color, religious creed or national origin, or any
other status protected under applicable local, state or federal law.
Pass holders must check in with booth attendant if staffed.
Passes must be displayed in car window at all times.

Day-Use Summer Hours

Day-Use Areas:
April 1 - September 30          5 A.M. - 9 P.M.
Campground Day-Use Areas:
Open campground seasons        6 A.M. - 9 P.M.
River Access Sites:
Open 24 hours.
Extended Hours: (Speelyai Bay Park, Saddle Dam Park and Yale Park)
Friday before Memorial Day - September 30    5 A.M. - 10 P.M.
PacifiCorp reserves the right to change the hours without notice.

Parking Fees during Peak Recreation Season

Parking fees will be collected on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays starting the Friday before Memorial Day through September 15.
