La Center & Ridgefield City Councils & the Board of Clark County Commissioners. This was a very positive meeting of the parties, in which La Center and Ridgefield outlined their vision for the future. Everyone will work toward coordinated planning and support. Barbara Charbonneau - Deputy Ridgefield City Clerk
Retirement Party

A retirement party for Deputy Ridgefield City Clerk, Barbara Charbonneau was held in the Ridgefield Community Center on January 28, 2005.  Many of her friends attended and everyone had a wonderful time. The feelings people had for her were very apparent. Congratulations Barbara. Enjoy a wonderful retirement. You certainly earned it. Tim Dawdy put on a skit that had everyone laughing until it hurt.
