A party to celebrate the release of the latest Harry Potter novel, "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince," was held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Ridgefield Community Library, 210 N. Main Ave. People of all ages attended this free event. They participated in feature games, contests, and enjoyed refreshments. There was a costume and "Dobby Sock" contest. A hardcover set of the six Harry Potter novels was awarded to the winner of the raffle.
