Coin Toss to Decide Winner of Woodland City Council Position

December 2011 - Scott Perry and Robert Ripp tied for a seat on the Woodland City Council. Therefore the winner was declared by a coin toss that took place at an assembly at the Woodland High School Gymnasium. The event was well documented by news media. Scott Perry won the coin toss. Congratulation Scott.
