BPA I-5 Corridor Reinforcement Project - Proposed 500 kV Lines

I am writing with regards to Bonneville Power Administration I-5 Corridor Reinforcement Project and their proposed 500 kV lines. My neighbors and I are in the Battle Ground, Amboy, Yacolt, Dole Valley, Chelatchie Prairie, and Merwin/Buncombe Hollow areas. We are a community of hard working individuals who survived the timber industry collapse and the Mt. St. Helens eruption. Now it's Bonneville Power Administration who will be destroying our lifelong investments by creating a drop in our property values if they run these lines through our properties...read more.

2009 Yacolt Car Show

The Yacolt Car Show was held on August 29, 2009. The weather was very nice. The event was well attended. The Model A land speed record holder Pete Richardson and Lickety Split was there with drivers Tonya Harding and Tamra (Richardson) Slagel to sign autographs.
